These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in Triple G Brotherhood ("we," "us," "the Brotherhood"), operated in Australia. By submitting an application, accepting an offer of membership, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Triple G Brotherhood is an application based membership program. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Membership is granted at our sole discretion following review of your application and, where applicable, a discovery interview.
Founding Membership is limited to twenty five (25) places. Once filled, applicants will be offered standard membership terms as they become available, which may differ from Founding Member pricing and benefits.
Accepted Founding Members may choose between the following payment options:
- $499 AUD per month, billed on a recurring basis while your membership remains active; or
- $4,990 AUD billed annually (equivalent to twelve months for the price of ten).
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Recurring monthly payments will be automatically charged to your nominated payment method on each billing date until you cancel in accordance with Section 3.
Founding Member pricing is personal to you and applies only while your membership remains continuously active. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, Founding Member pricing is forfeited and will not be reinstated, regardless of when or whether you rejoin.
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing thirty (30) days written notice to [email protected]. There is no lock in contract, and no minimum term commitment beyond the notice period.
Your membership, and any recurring billing, will end at the conclusion of the 30 day notice period. You remain responsible for any payments that fall due during the notice period.
Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation, fees paid are non refundable for any unused portion of a billing period, including where you cancel partway through a month or year, or where you choose not to attend sessions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law notwithstanding this clause.
As a member, you agree to:
- Attend the Weekly Mastermind and program sessions where reasonably possible;
- Participate actively rather than observe passively;
- Maintain the confidentiality of discussions and information shared by other members;
- Treat fellow members, guest speakers, and staff with respect;
- Support fellow members while taking personal responsibility for your own growth and outcomes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund of the current billing period, where a member's conduct is inconsistent with these expectations or otherwise brings the Brotherhood into disrepute.
Triple G Brotherhood provides education, community, and accountability. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Content and discussion relating to health, wealth, or personal circumstances is general in nature and should not replace advice from a qualified professional. You should consult an appropriate professional before making decisions based on program content.
All course materials, lesson content, and resources provided to members remain the property of Triple G Brotherhood. Materials are licensed to you for personal use as a member only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared outside the Brotherhood without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple G Brotherhood and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the program. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting current Founding Members will be communicated by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and each party submits to the non exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
